This book isn’t actually written by Donald Trump, but that doesn’t mean it’s not any good. I haven’t read the book cover to cover yet but I have flipped through and read about 50% I would say and I am satisfied with the product for the price.

Similar to Dave’s other books but focus’s more on all commercial properties, not just apartments. I would defiinitely recommend this book.

After reading this book, I believe I was introduce to the basic of what the smart investors have been doing to create wealth. This is truly a how-to manual.

Great book, it’s based on david Lidals teaching methods. Good stuff without paying allot of money for seminars
and travel.
